Position Overview


We are looking for creative, self-motivated and driven User Advocate to work within our Product & Client Success teams. Our User Advocates work as members of a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product owners to deliver software in an agile environment. They consult closely with our clients to perform business analysis, develop project plans, perform quality assurance, provide our clients with training and support and suggest new ways for our teams to work together to deliver value.


Members of our team are collaborators, communicators, organizers and we love being of service to our clients.


Responsibilities


  • Build lasting relationships with a portfolio of Routeique clients and technology partners
  • Consult directly with clients to understand their business and how Routeique is delivering value for them
  • Write detailed requirements based on business analysis for any custom software development/integrations
  • Consult with the development team to communicate business requirements and represent the client
  • Collaborate with the development team to propose a software solution to meet those requirements
  • Present the proposed solution to the client and document feedback
  • Develop project plans for approved software enhancements, new builds
  • Assist with the development of a testing approach for new software enhancements to ensure they meet the requirements
  • Present the completed software to clients and gather client feedback
  • Communicate the release of software updates to all clients using email campaign deployment tools
  • Provide an exceptional level of service to our clients
  • Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Provide timely support to clients who experience issues with the software or require training
  • Interface directly with new clients being onboarded to our software, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish

Requirements


  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to hold yourself accountable to deliverables and a high standard of work with limited supervision
